Refund & Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy on regular price items, which means you have 14 calendar days after the delivery date of your package to request a return. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless an error occurred by us. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping fee unless an error occurred by us. We will not accept any returns or refunds after 14 days. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items

  • - Sale items, Clearance Items, Discounted Items or Gift Cards are not returnable.
  • - Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),
  • - Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),
  • - Personal care goods (such as beauty products, skin and health care).
  • - We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • - Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and unopened with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Baby Mommi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

The refunds will be calculated as follows: 

Returned Merchandise Price - 15% Restocking Fee of Merchandise Price - Return Shipping Fee (when prepaid by Baby Mommi) = Final Refund Amount.

To start a return, you can contact us on the Contact Us page, make sure to include your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (prepaid shipping fee will be deducted from refunds) or you may return it your own shipping method (UPS is preferred with care), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and refunds will be rejected in most circumstances.

Damages and issues

  • - Manufacture defectives: Please inspect your order upon reception and Contact Us immediately (within 3 days) if the item is manufacture defective, and we will instruct you for manufacture warranty if applicable.
  • - Damage by carrier/Lost of package: babymommi.com / Baby Mommi is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim, we will be assisting customers in our best efforts. 
  • - Wrong received: if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges (if applicable)
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please click on the Contact Us page to send us the request, make sure to include the order number.
